Bathroom Renovation

This project explores the redesign of a compact residential bathroom through a comprehensive technical drawing package. Beginning with analysis of the existing layout, the space was reconfigured to improve functionality, circulation, and fixture placement. The proposal incorporates a curbless shower, wall-mounted plumbing fixtures, and custom millwork to maximize efficiency while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The final deliverable includes demolition and construction plans, electrical and reflected ceiling plans, elevations, millwork drawings, finish schedules, and a detailed cost breakdown, demonstrating both technical proficiency and material specification.
